As a Turn Down Attendant, you will ensure our guests end their day in comfort and elegance. You will work the evening shift from 17:30 until 21:30, preparing the rooms for the night and ensuring our public areas reflect the beauty and serenity of our hotel.

What will you be doing?

During your shift, you will be responsible for small yet meaningful touches that make a big difference:

• Closing the curtains and turning on the bedside lamps
• Preparing the bed for the night
• Folding guests' clothes and tidying the room
• Refreshing the bathroom with a quick clean and replenishing towels if needed
• Emptying the bins
• Refilling coffee and tea supplies
• Placing chocolates on the pillows as a sweet goodnight gesture
• Delivering water bottles and the breakfast menu for the next morning
• Occasionally assisting with bed changes
• Maintaining the elegance of our public areas.
