Room Service Employee

What will you do?

As a Room Service Employee, you bring luxury dining experiences straight to our guests' rooms. From a relaxed breakfast in bed to a private dinner in a suite, you make it happen! Your tasks include:

• Taking orders by phone in a friendly and professional way
• Preparing mise-en-place for smooth service
• Serving food and beverages in rooms, suites, and apartments
• Refilling minibars
• Collaborating with our butlers for VIP experiences
• Creating personalized touches to surprise and delight guests

Every day is different, creativity and hospitality are key!

What do we expect from you?

• Willingness to learn and luxury service mindset
• Fluent in English (other languages are a plus)
• Great communication skills and attention to detail
• Flexible with shifts, including night shifts
