WHAT DOES YOUR DAY AS OPERATIONS MANAGER LOOK LIKE?
Together with your team you will provide a unique guest experience and optimal service every day. You supervise your team of employees and interns. You train and coach them where necessary and they can always come to you when they need help. Do you notice that some procedures do not quite meet the needs of the guest? Then you know exactly what is needed to set up new procedures. You also transfer this knowledge and responsibility to your team.
The General Manager can count on you. You are flexible and react proactively to changes in the staffing of your team. You take care of the correct administrative handling of current affairs and ensure that everything is well documented. In addition, you are a member of the Management Team and are closely involved in revenue maximization through upselling, revenue, cost control and quality improvement. Each shift brings new challenges, but one thing never changes: you deliver quality and exceed guests' (and your team's!) expectations.
