Your mission:

As our Facility Management Intern, you are the guardian of our iconic building. Together with the Engineering & Facility team, you will ensure that every corner of The Grand is impeccably maintained. Whether coordinating preventive maintenance, supporting sustainability initiatives, or working together with external partners, you will be at the heart of our day-to-day operations.

What you will be doing:

• Assisting in maintaining and optimizing the hotel's facilities, ensuring they meet the highest luxury standards.
• Supporting sustainability and green initiatives, ensuring The Grand stays at the forefront of eco-friendly hospitality.
• Working alongside various departments to guarantee smooth and efficient operations throughout the hotel.
• Participating in technical and maintenance projects, from minor repairs to grand renovations.
• Coordinating with external suppliers and contractors, ensuring quality and efficiency in all collaborations.
• Engaging with various suppliers to request, review and research new samples, including China Wear.
• Overseeing and optimizing waste management process to ensure efficiency and sustainability.

• You have a hands-on mentality and are eager to learn the ins and outs of Facility Management within the luxury hospitality industry.
