As Chef de Partie at Garden Bistro Oriole, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, Mediterranean-inspired cuisine in an inspiring green oasis. You will work alongside a dedicated team, using fresh, seasonal ingredients to create memorable dishes that reflect both craftsmanship and creativity. Your attention to detail and passion for gastronomy will contribute to an outstanding dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and present dishes to the highest standard with precision and creativity
• Collaborate closely with the kitchen and service team to ensure smooth daily operations
• Maintain consistency in quality, presentation, and taste of all menu items
• Support junior team members and trainees by sharing knowledge and best practices
• Ensure compliance with hygiene, health, and safety standards
• Bring new ideas to elevate our culinary offering and guest experience

What you bring to the role

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position within a high-end restaurant or hotel
• Passion for Mediterranean cuisine and a love for fresh, seasonal products
• A proactive and detail-oriented mindset
• A team player who thrives in a dynamic environment
• Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus
