We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic student to join our esteemed Butler team. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in luxury hospitality, while learning the art of personalized service and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality, eager to learn, and ready to contribute to our commitment to excellence.

Main responsibilities:

• Assist the butlers in delivering personalized service to guests, ensuring their needs and preferences are met (and even exceeded).
• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a warm and professional first impression.
• Help with luggage handling, room preparations, and guest inquiries, maintaining the highest standards of service.
• Collaborate with various departments, including housekeeping, front desk, and dining services, to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Support the organization of special requests, such as reservations, transportation, and event planning.

Not only during, but also after your internship, we see possibilities and career opportunities. You also have the possibility to do various cross trainings in different departments to broaden your hotel knowledge. As part of your internship experience, you'll get the opportunity to take part in an operational shift once a month, giving you valuable hands-on insight into our daily operations.

The internship allowance is €600 gross per month, based on 38 hours per week. Besides this, you also have the possibility to receive travel allowance. Every day you can enjoy a meal in our staff canteen, free of charge.
