Your Responsibility
You are accountable for generating revenue within the Deeptech & Sustainbility Innovation domain.
You will:
- Build, manage, and convert a strong outbound pipeline
- Proactively acquire new SME and academic clients
- Identify high-potential projects aligned with EU funding programmes
- Lead commercial conversations with decision-makers
- Negotiate contracts and close deals
- Consistently deliver against defined revenue and activity targets
- This role requires structured prospecting, resilience, and a disciplined sales approach
Performance Expectations
- High-volume outreach and proactive market development
- Ownership of yearly sales targets
- Short to mid-cycle B2B sales
- KPI-tracking and performance accountability
- This is not a coordination role. It is a commercial growth position.
What we’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of proven B2B sales or business development experience
- Experience in financing & subsidy landscape in technology, sustainability, innovation
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to engage senior technical stakeholders
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Master’s degree in Sciences such as Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field
- Experience with Horizon Europe, EIC, or other EU / national funding programmes is a strong advantage.
