Customer Service and Hospitality

Providing a warm and welcoming experience is central to our service philosophy. You will excel in building genuine connections with our esteemed guests, ensuring their needs are not only met but exceeded, leaving them with unforgettable memories of their visit.

Knowledge of Spirits and Ingredients

Your expertise in an array of spirits, liquors and cocktail ingredients will be invaluable as you engage with our guests, making recommendations and sharing insights about our beverage offerings. 

Team Collaborations

Working seamlessly with our team, you will contribute to maintaining our bar's impeccable standards of organization and cleanliness. Your creativity will be welcomed as you play a role in enhancing the presentation of our cocktails and elevating the overall ambiance of our bar.

Creativity and Presentation

At Sofitel Legend The Grand, you will have the opportunity to express your creativity by delivering visually stunning cocktails and artful garnishes. Every bartender at The Grand may create his/her signature cocktail(s) and will be placed on our menu! 

You do not shy away from a little stress, you are the stress-busting champion who keeps their cool when things get busy. In other words, you can stir a Martini, shake a cocktail and at the same time have a legendary conversation with your guests.

What you bring to the role

• You have a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar position.
• You have good knowledge about spirits, beverages and cocktails.
• You speak fluent English.
• You are empathic and have eye for detail.
• You are familiar with HACCP.
