Jouw taken
Op grond van een programma van eisen en/of uitgangsdocument het werk voorbereiden
Gesprekken voeren met de (gemeentelijke) overheid, bewoners, adviseurs, nutsbedrijven, waterschappen, onderaannemers etc.
Bewaken van alle afspraken en acties in relatie tot het bouwbedrijf inzake civieltechnische en kostentechnische zaken
Tracébepalingen nutsleidingen i.o.m. nutspartijen bepalen en vastleggen
Terreinmetingen laten uitvoeren
Beoordelen van bodemonderzoek
Tekeningen en bestekken t.b.v. bouw-en woonrijp maken beoordelen
Ramingen vervaardigen voor alle civiele werkzaamheden
Opvragen en boordelen offertes bij onderaannemers
Contact onderhouden met het bouwbedrijf
Ons aanbod
Intentie om voor langere tijd het contract aan te gaan
Gezamelijke trainingen én trainingsmogelijkheden voor eigen ontwikkeling
