What are you going to do in this position?

As Assistant Breakfast Manager, you create unforgettable experiences for all our guests, both staying in the hotel and visiting externally. Working closely with our Breakfast Manager, you are in charge of coordinating and checking all activities before, during, and after the breakfast service. Your position is on the floor, side-by-side with the team.

You also manage the personnel, organize the schedule, and ensure the team is well-structured and supported throughout the operation. You guide the workflow, communicate clearly, and help maintain a positive and professional working environment.

You have the opportunity to work in a luxurious setting where you engage with both colleagues and guests on a daily basis. As the work floor can be a busy and demanding environment, we are looking for someone who can handle pressure, remain calm, and stay passionate at all times.

To qualify for this position, we ask the following:

• You are organized, resilient, creative and sociable
• You have a minimum of 1 years experience in a similar position
• You master the English language, Dutch is a plus
