As Room Service Supervisor, you guide your team together with the Food & Beverage Operations Manager and create unforgettable experiences for our guests. Therefore, it is important that you master good leadership skills.

In our Room Service department, no day is the same. One moment you are busy taking orders from our business guests and the other you are creating a complete dinner in the guest room together with our butlers. Besides this, you are also responsible for ensuring full mini-bars and the preparation of all the mice and place. As you are as passionate about personal service as we are, you are continuously trying to impress our guests with wonderful stories and treatments in order to exceed our guests' expectations.

What you will bring to the role

• At least one year of experience in a similar position
• You speak fluent English, Dutch is a plus
• MBO degree or higher in the direction of Hospitality
• You are flexible, trustworthy and passionate about your job!
