A career that lets your passion shineAs the Room Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing our Room Service operations. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our guests’ in room dining experiences are exceptional and in line with our luxury brand standards. This is dynamic and rewarding role that offers an opportunity to lead and inspire a team of dedicated professionals.
You are hands on and you support your team on the floor as well. Furthermore, you are in charge of the minibar and guests’ VIP amenities.
Key responsibilities:
Service excellence: Lead by example and maintain the highest level of service quality and guest satisfaction.
Team Management: Set performance expectations and provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
Operations oversight: Efficiently manage daily Room Service operations, including order processing, delivery and billing.
No day is the same and whether you are taking an order from our business guest or creating a complete dinner in the guest room together with our butlers, you always strive for excellence and motivate your team to do the same.
What you bring to the role
- At least two years of experience in a similar position
- You speak fluent English, Dutch is a plus
- Good leadership and team management skills
- Attention to details and commitment to quality
- Flexibility in schedule
