We are looking for an:

INNOVATION ANALYST - NATIVE DUTCH

As an Innovation Analyst, you work with clients that operate in the fields of green technology, sustainability, industrial and digital technologies. Our clients include innovative startups, Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), universities and research institutes. You will work in close collaboration with our clients to transform their innovative ideas into projects and to set-up valuable partnerships. You take a leading role in conceptualizing and co-developing the project plan, development pathway and commercialization strategy.

An Innovation Analyst is our Talented Starter who supports various projects and leads them towards success. You will report to the Managing Consultant and have the opportunity to grow into an Associate Innovation Consultant position.

Responsibilities

• Co-develop project proposals for our clients in the fields of Green & Sustainability and Industrial & Digital technologies suppporitng innovations in topics such as Energy transition, Protein transition, Sustainable food systems, Clean tech, Aritificial Intelligence etc.
• Contribute to writing project proposals, business cases and business plans for clients.
• Providing strategic advice on the positioning of projects towards funding agencies.
• Actively thinking with clients about business, commercialization and/or development strategies and positioning of their innovations and technologies.
• Performing market research and desk research within the diverse fields of our clients.
• Bringing together companies, universities, and research institutes to establish long-term partnerships.
• Actively follow new developments and innovations in the industry and contribute to strengthen our expertise.
• Establish and maintain long-term client relationships and identify and act on new funding opportunities for our established clients.

Qualifications

• Excellent Dutch (preferably a native speaker) and English language skills (both verbal and written)
• Passion for innovation.
• A relevant Master’s degree in Sciences preferably with a Business focus study.
• Related work experience in a commercial environment, preferably in an advisory/consulting role or an internship is a plus
• You thrive in a fast paced business environment.
• Living in the Netherlands.
• Passion towards grant writing, writing strategic plans or business plans, science communication.
• General understanding of funding programs.
