To qualify for this position, we ask the following:
- MBO degree 4 or Bachelor degree in the hospitality or similar segment
- You master English at a fluent level, Dutch is a big plus and further languages are more then welcome
- You have experience in a similar position and you have affinity with luxury hotels
- Able to work in a team, prioritize tasks and capable in handling stressful situations
- Seeking a flexible schedule
What are you going to do in this position?As a Front Desk Agent, you are the first face our guests see. Therefore, it is important that you ensure a good first impression by being your friendly and polite self. Furthermore, you are responsible for check-ins, checkouts and other administrative tasks. Up and Cross selling are also part of your working day, so it certainly is a plus if you already have experience with this. You are constantly creating a sense of luxury and exceeding guest expectations.
In addition to always providing hospitable and personal service to our guests, it is important that you handle personal information discreetly. You also deal with guest complaints and try to create a good solution at all times. All guests should walk out the door feeling satisfied and wanting to come back for their next legendary stay with us.
