What will you be doing?

As an F&B Management Trainee, you'll be at the heart of our hotel's vibrant Food & Beverage operations. From supporting daily service to helping create unforgettable guest experiences, you'll gain hands-on experience across all facets of F&B while working alongside passionate professionals in a luxury five-star environment.

Your responsibilities include:

• Managing online reservation systems and guest reviews
• Assisting with administration, planning, and marketing activities
• Handling guest feedback and ensuring exceptional service recovery
• Collaborating with various departments and managers across the hotel to ensure smooth service
• Design and prepare new menu's
• Supporting the organization of events and promotional campaigns
• Supporting the daily operations of our F&B outlets when needed

Who are you?

• You are currently studying MBO level 4 or a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management
• You are fluent in English, Dutch is a plus
• You have a strong interest in luxury hospitality
• You are passionate about Food & Beverage and guest experience
